Salon Leader: To effectively select, lead and develop each member of his or her salon team, to manage the day-to-day operation of the salon, perform professional quality haircare services and to recommend/sell haircare products. The Salon Leader is expected to lead by and model our company values, and is fiscally responsible for meeting all salon sales and profit goals. Must be licensed by the appropriate state licensing/regulatory board. Assistant Salon Leader: To assist in managing the day-to-day operation of the salon, perform professional quality haircare services and to recommend/sell haircare products. Must be licensed by the appropriate state licensing/regulatory board. Stylist: To WOW and Delight clients by exceeding their expectations.
